some confessions.
After talk at work. It's Great to Have FAMILY at work. Just FAMILY.
Talk, sometimes, about Family, Husband, Son... Things like that. So Nice.
And came to mind, and I said.
That mirror since childhood about me: "You're going to be (yes, for girls too - ), the 'fosti", for saying something. It was too high pressure. After years thinking about, now I MODESTLY (True Modest, for that big letters) know how it, next to my character, innate about Everything, was too much pressure to me, HUMAN Person.
Too HIGH expectations are good, MOTIVATION too, but to make child feel GREATNESS Mirror facing him/her is not completely OK I think. Into REGULAR expectations, MOTIVATE and TEACH TO THINK AND FEEL with no limits into Goodness and Brightness, that's GOOD for Sure, but nothing about too high mirrors.

I was swimming for so long time with no breathing, and doing intense (I do out of technique, but so hard). And as my hearbeats were so low, and because I've done for pretty couple of times before in the morning (it was before the night), I could have done for much more time. And even technique I found better. Have to say it's first time, for long time, very, I've found real difference as some improving for my swimming. True.
Sharing childish. Not afraid from anything from saying.
