How are things, my Beloved Angel!!
Now that I do not have to be worried about my legs any more, , I am thinking about run training. Four years ago, after 8 times running, after many years out of it, I made 3:09 for 1 km, and kept on running fast for 2 more. It is True.
Now I know I have to make things a little slower, but fine.
